Solid Sparring session | Boxing Practice

1:51 Man in Red and Black Lands a clean unexpected counter hook (hard to see on camera)

5:18 He also lands a counter upper cut which i did not see coming.

I can improve on keeping my hands up (for blocking), however I am most efficient at dodging punches with hands lower because i can use momentum from the arms to move my upper body quicker. A balance between a tight guard (blocking) and moving swiftly (with hands lower dodging) is essential: Even more so to know WHEN each technique is more effective. Sometimes lowering your guard is okay, aslong as you dont need it in your situation. That being said having good defense and blocking is also important. I lacked part of blocking as seen from the uppercut
