I share a simple tip to help you keep your hands up in boxing. It's a simply a matter of how you hold your upper body. Hold your body a certain way during a fight and you'll find it's more comfortable to keep the hands up for defense (protecting your chin, and head). Hold your body another way and it's easier to drop your hands.
